pARISH hILTON

hree days after Valentine's Day in 1981, Richard Hilton and Kathy Richards welcomed into their world a baby girl. As Paris Hilton and her sister hit the social scene, Paris met Jason Shaw, a model for the Tommy Hilfiger Company. From mid-2002 until early 2003, society magazines published articles about Paris' engagement to the Hilfiger model. About two years later those same magazines contained the news that Paris Hilton had become engaged to Paris Lotsis, a Greek gentleman known to be heir of a shipping business.

At the end of that short-lived engagement, Paris Hilton moved in with her sister in the Hollywood Hills, in L.A. County. By then she had earned a GED and had found a four-legged companion, a Chihuahua named Tinkerbell. The name Paris Hilton had become synonymous with a combination of celebrity
